About the Role

Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the commercial success and profitability of the pharmacy, including managing sales performance and wages budget.
- Identify market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Lead and clearly define roles and expectations for all team members to maintain operational excellence and accountability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs professionally and empathetically.
- Build and sustain a positive, collaborative team culture based on trust, open communication, and mutual respect.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly within the team.
- Support employee development through mentoring, delegation, and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of prior experience in a managerial role.
