The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager for our Yarraville location. This full-time position involves overseeing daily store operations and collaborating closely with the leadership team to achieve outstanding store performance and customer satisfaction.

The Store Manager plays a vital role in various operational areas including sales, customer service, administrative duties, and maintenance of the facility, alongside potential opportunities for personal development in each area.

Working Hours

The role requires 38 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays. Our store operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. Flexibility in working hours is expected.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Eagerness to develop new skills relevant to sales.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently or under guidance.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and taking responsibility for tasks.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Meticulous attention to detail across all responsibilities.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service with a proactive and hardworking approach.
• Team-oriented and adaptable, willing to engage in varied tasks hands-on.
• Results-focused with clear goal-setting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
