Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team while managing daily operations of the Leipzig Vorwerk store.
- Provide expert customer consultations and passionately promote our premium product line.
- Maintain an exceptional store appearance to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Take ownership of achieving sales targets and business goals.
- Organize and execute in-store events.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in sales and customer advice, including at least two years in a leadership role within retail.
- Strong dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for our products.
- Enjoy working with people and fostering positive interactions.
- Flexibility and high readiness to engage with tasks.
- Competence in handling numbers and operating cash register systems.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.
