Operations Manager

About the Role

We seek a knowledgeable and assured Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities across multiple laundry and dry cleaning store locations. The role requires managing store operations, staff performance, customer relations, sales support, and logistics including pickup and delivery services.

Key Duties

• Ensure smooth daily functioning and operational efficiency of all stores.
• Supervise and coordinate store employees, optimizing staff utilization and overseeing performance to meet targets.
• Uphold adherence to all company standard operating procedures.
• Support sales initiatives and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Manage prompt pickup and delivery logistics between stores, customers, and delivery personnel.
• Respond thoughtfully and efficiently to customer inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges.
• Engage proactively with dissatisfied customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed operational records via billing software, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Excel spreadsheets.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree holder with a minimum of three years relevant experience.
• Background in laundry, dry cleaning, retail, or related operational fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in Hindi and basic to intermediate English.
• Confidence in customer engagement and staff supervision.
• Capability to manage multiple store locations and workflows simultaneously.
• Results-driven with the ability to monitor operations and meet targets.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and billing software.
• Professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
