Job description

Job Overview

As the Store Manager overseeing a Coolblue location in Dortmund, you will be responsible for leading your own store, driving superior customer satisfaction, and ensuring strong commercial performance. You'll collaborate closely with your team and motivate them while analyzing store results and implementing new improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 20 employees daily alongside the Assistant Store Manager.
  • Continuously encourage your colleagues to improve their performance every day.
  • Analyze market results and proactively suggest improvements to Regional Managers.
  • Use your commercial insight and available data to establish short- and long-term objectives.
  • Adjust operations and strategies to optimize Coolblue's presence in the German market.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within retail environments.
  • Fluency in German and a good understanding of English.
  • A strong passion for consumer electronics.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve store concepts and processes.
  • A charismatic and motivating leader who inspires the team to continuous growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the German retail market, capable of contributing to expanding Coolblue's retail footprint in Germany.
