Job Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve company objectives successfully.
• Participate actively in the recruitment process, ensuring excellent onboarding, continuous training, and maintaining a positive work environment aligned with SOFACOMPANY values.
• Utilize an app-based system for staff scheduling and deployment.
• Manage and enhance your showroom inventory based on KPI insights and visual merchandising standards.
• Execute sales strategies designed to deliver our 5-star customer service experience.
• Demonstrate leadership by actively engaging with customers and embodying the company vision.
• Report directly to the headquarters located in Berlin.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, preferably in retail; however, your attitude and drive are what matter most to us.
• Experience or strong communicative skills in personnel management.
• Analytical mindset with a strong internal motivation for continuous improvement.
• Availability for regular Saturday work.
• Fluent verbal skills in both German and English.
