Your Responsibilities

• Lead your team focusing on efficient workflows, motivation, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruit, and onboard new employees.
• Supervise shifts and actively participate in sales operations.
• Ensure consistently high product quality and attractive merchandise presentation.
• Maintain and control adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate external service providers.

• Completed training in retail or gastronomy and/or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in leading and motivating employees.
