Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and manage our retail store in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will provide expert customer service, motivate a dynamic team, and oversee all operational aspects including administrative duties, cash system management, and personnel planning.

• Perform all necessary administrative tasks and maintain service operations.
• Manage the cash register system responsibly.
• Plan staff scheduling and control personnel costs.
• Ensure efficient allocation and management of inventory.
• Maintain a professional and appealing presentation of merchandise and window displays.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training in textile retail.
• At least three years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, organizational ability, and sociability.
• Demonstrated commitment and reliability in professional conduct.
• Ability to work independently with goal- and result-oriented approaches.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an asset.
