Your Role as Assistant Store Manager

• Assist the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and nurturing the store team.
• Serve as an example on the sales floor, delivering a premium and personalized customer experience.
• Drive sales by managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and applying business insights.
• Collaborate with HR to support performance management activities.
• Ensure efficient daily store operations.
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
• Help cultivate a cohesive and high-achieving team environment.
