• Base salary starting at €3,640 gross per month for full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team, collaborating closely with the deputy store manager
• Oversee the store appearance, including ordering processes, executing presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel management such as duty roster preparation and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members to strengthen your store’s workforce
• Communicate regularly with regional management to review results and plan store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a comparable retail leadership position
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to inspire and develop your team through effective feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular evenings and weekends
• Commitment to an eight-week training at one of our trainer stores in Germany
