Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our PEGADOR store located in Outlet Wertheim, passionate about streetwear and eager to create a unique retail experience. As a leader, you will ensure smooth store operations and drive your team towards outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the continuous and efficient running of the store while leading the team to achieve excellence.
• Provide customers with exceptional shopping experiences through expert knowledge of streetwear and current trends.
• Manage merchandise presentation, upkeep, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee cashier operations, manage product availability, and improve store processes.
• Set sales objectives, analyze sales data, and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Handle administrative duties including staff scheduling and professional development.
• Represent PEGADOR and strengthen the brand’s identity in the market.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role, with a desire to take on responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, team-focused, and capable of maintaining composure during busy periods.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work on weekends.
