Job Description
- Report directly to the Retail Area Manager.
- Manage daily store operations ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and operational efficiency are met.
- Lead, supervise, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service, handle feedback, and understand customers’ needs via effective questioning.
- Develop and mentor team members by providing performance feedback to boost confidence and skill, while managing staff turnover.
- Foster customer rapport and loyalty by delivering engaging in-store experiences.
- Motivate and inspire the team by clearly communicating CASETiFY’s core values and vision.
- Collaborate with global teams in retail operations, logistics, and company projects.
Requirements
- Preferred experience of 5 or more years in retail, including at least 3 years in a management role. Candidates eager to advance their career are also welcome.
- Proven leadership ability to drive team performance and meet KPIs.
- A passion for retail, technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and working within a growing organization.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal) and good presentation capabilities.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
