About the Role
As a store manager at Starbucks in Moses Lake, you will lead a team dedicated to crafting exceptional coffee experiences and fostering meaningful community connections. This leadership position is about more than managing operations; it’s about creating a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued, and every interaction sparks joy.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality coffee standards.
- Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and sales performance.
- Develop and mentor team partners, fostering professional growth and strong teamwork.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with focus on sales and customer engagement.
- Organize and resolve operational challenges with effective problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail or customer service management, or alternatively at least 4 years of service in the U.S. military.
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership capability to coach and guide staff with maturity and professionalism.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., verified by appropriate documentation.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
