Your Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with assistance from the deputy manager
• Oversee store presentation including order processes, display guidelines, and daily store operations
• Manage staff including scheduling and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members to build your store crew
• Coordinate regularly with the regional management to review results and strategize store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of accountability
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, across five days including regular weekends and evenings
• Commitment to a rigorous eight-week onboarding program in one of our trainer stores within Germany
