Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team alongside the assistant store manager
• Oversee store appearance, ordering processes, compliance with presentation guidelines, and daily operational duties
• Manage personnel including staff scheduling and supporting employee growth
• Recruit new team members to build a strong store workforce
• Communicate regularly with regional management to review performance and foster store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with high responsibility and accountability
• Strong communication skills to inspire and develop the team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly across 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to participate in the eight-week training at one of the trainer stores in Germany
