Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Store Manager who embodies the Pandora spirit. This role involves immersing oneself fully in the brand culture and product knowledge while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will lead and inspire a team consisting of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, spending quality time on the sales floor to drive sales and team engagement.

• Strive to exceed commercial goals and KPIs, achieving exceptional sales success.
• Create memorable shopping experiences by demonstrating deep product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Coach and mentor your sales team, providing ongoing feedback and holding them accountable for store performance and KPIs.
• Develop loyal customers by engaging beyond transactions to build long-lasting connections.
• Collaborate in recruiting top talent for seasonal and permanent roles, including assistant managers and sales staff.
• Work with Divisional Sales Managers and HR to address performance and policy issues effectively.
• Oversee the execution of visual merchandising, operational processes, and continuous talent development initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as required to support store success.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience of 3 to 5 years as a Store Manager in a high-performing retail sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring and engaging approach.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
• Strong business acumen combined with analytical capabilities to deliver measurable results.
• Expertise in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, including succession planning and internal mobility.
• Familiarity with general computer software like Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems.
• Minimum age 18 years with the ability to prove identity and work eligibility.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.

• Competitive salary range from 76,000 to 95,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience.
