Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, four or more years of U.S. military service.

• Effective leadership skills to coach and develop team members professionally.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proof of legal employment eligibility is mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time including over 40 hours weekly, with variable shifts covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
