About the Role
Lead the creation of exceptional coffee experiences and meaningful connections in a welcoming coffeehouse environment. As a store manager at Starbucks, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team that fosters community interaction through excellent service and quality beverages. Key Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire your coffeehouse team to deliver memorable customer experiences with craft and heart.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, four or more years of U.S. military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with background in sales-driven settings.
- Effective leadership skills to coach and develop team members professionally.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proof of legal employment eligibility is mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time including over 40 hours weekly, with variable shifts covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
