About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a jewellery retail outlet to oversee complete store operations and ensure the seamless daily functioning of the store in alignment with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage the store team to maintain high levels of motivation and performance.
• Drive and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective team leadership.
• Oversee team performance, providing timely coaching and support to foster improvement.
• Maintain outstanding customer service standards and effectively handle escalated customer issues.
• Manage inventory control, stock management, visual merchandising, and uphold store appearance standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports for informed decision-making.
• Adhere to and enforce company policies and security protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass.
• At least 10 years of experience specifically in jewellery retail operations with strong team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in managing jewellery showroom operations.
• Excellent leadership qualities combined with proficient sales, communication, and customer service abilities.
