Role Overview
We seek an energetic and inspiring Store Manager to lead our new Mandurah location. This crucial role involves driving sales, managing and coaching a high-performing retail team who exemplify our core values, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The successful candidate will take initiative to manage store performance, promote a customer-focused culture, and lead by example within an expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Take proactive ownership of overall store operations and performance
- Drive sales growth, manage profits, and control costs to meet KPIs
- Foster a warm, helpful environment delivering exceptional customer service
- Inspire, train, and develop your team for top performance and achievement of targets
- Implement strategies boosting both sales and customer satisfaction

- Minimum 5 years experience in retail management

- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, compliance, reporting, and staff rostering
