Store Manager

About the Role

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, visual merchandising, performance management, employee recruitment and training, schedule planning, and inventory management. This role ensures adherence to company policies and best practices.

Daily Duties

• Manage all store operations ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Lead, inspire, and develop staff to meet performance objectives.
• Participate in merchandising, stocking shelves, and handling daily shipments including packing and unpacking.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues.
• Implement and uphold visual presentation standards.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Handle cash management and perform opening/closing procedures as required.
• Provide performance feedback and delegate tasks effectively.
• Carry out managerial duties during shifts, including break and attendance monitoring.
• Oversee hiring processes and conduct employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
• High availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and sound decision-making ability.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
