Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Barrie, Ontario location. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering sales targets and providing excellent leadership to our retail staff, helping to foster an engaging and positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Duties
- Act as Manager on Duty, spearheading store leadership and operations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Train and mentor store employees in company policies and best practices.
- Represent and uphold the Clarks brand standards.
- Enforce policies concerning loss prevention and inventory control.
- Maintain visually appealing and inviting store displays.
- Ensure a supportive, comfortable, and inclusive workplace environment for all team members.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in managing a team or store operations.

Compensation
Salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 annually, with exact remuneration determined by experience, qualifications, and internal benchmarks. Clarks reserves the right to update the pay range as necessary.
