Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in retail leadership, supervisory capacities, or keyholder roles is preferred.
• Proficient in driving sales results and managing KPIs in a retail context.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
• Solid organizational skills coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work flexible shifts across a seven-day pattern, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-moving retail environment.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
