Job description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our Oxford Cowley location to lead a 40-hour work week. The store operates from 7 AM to 8 PM, requiring the ability to manage both early mornings and late evenings. This position offers a unique retail management experience involving direct customer interaction, stock handling, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring your team delivers a superior shopping experience that drives sales.
- Participate actively in operational tasks such as checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and order preparation.
- Inspire and foster a positive team culture through regular feedback, recognition, and motivation.
- Engage with your team to support their development and succession planning, ensuring customers receive all they require.
- Lead by example through coaching, motivation, and engagement, cultivating a workplace that is both productive and enjoyable.
- Maintain high standards of product availability and store upkeep, creating an environment that employees and customers appreciate.
