Role Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager based in Frankfurt to spearhead the daily success of one of our LAP stores. In this position, you will lead store operations, manage the team, and contribute significantly to expanding our brand presence in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the barista team to meet company objectives while fostering a positive culture and preparing team members for potential future general manager roles.
• Ensure high operational standards by monitoring performance metrics, scheduling shifts, aligning team efforts, and identifying operational improvements.
• Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards to preserve product freshness and customer satisfaction.
• Track and accurately report daily KPIs, inventory, and supply movements to support store performance management.
• Manage inventory levels closely to reduce waste, adjusting par levels in response to business demands.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to increase customer loyalty and strengthen community relations through neighborhood engagement.
• Strictly follow product, service, and brand training manuals to ensure consistent customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail food and beverage sectors, with demonstrable skills in scaling teams and managing inventory and supply chains. Prior coffee industry experience is advantageous.
• An entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, able to thrive in dynamic startup environments.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, able to identify growth possibilities, execute initiatives within budget, and perform well under pressure.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and German languages.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to pursue emerging business prospects.
