About the Role
Join Panda Express as a Store Manager and lead the daily operations of a single restaurant unit. Your responsibilities will encompass recruiting, overseeing, and guiding staff to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest service. This role includes a paid leadership training program lasting eight or more weeks to equip you for success.

Candidate Profile
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current home.
- Availability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts as business requires.
- Certification in Serve Safe or equivalent food safety credential.
Working Conditions and Requirements
Employees commonly work in areas with steam, heat, and food vapors, requiring prolonged standing and physical exertion such as lifting up to 50 pounds and reaching across counters. The work environment is fast-paced with high noise levels, limited workspace, and the need for quick accuracy using kitchen tools.
