About the Role

Responsibilities
Lead your team with professionalism and heart, ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic retail coffee environment. Focus on developing your team through coaching and mentoring, while applying an entrepreneurial approach to drive sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years in retail or customer service management, or alternatively, 4 or more years of United States Military service.
- Strong skills in organization, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving.
- Experience working in a sales-driven environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to coach and mentor staff professionally.
- Education requirement: High School diploma or GED.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, evidenced by appropriate documentation.
- Availability for full-time work exceeding 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
