Role Overview
OPSM invites you to join their Royal Oak store as a Store Manager, leading the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. No previous optical experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided to build your confidence and skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership by supporting, coaching, and motivating staff to achieve and surpass store targets.
- Drive a culture focused on continuous improvement through consistent training and coaching initiatives.
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management, enforcing store policies, staff scheduling, and monitoring sales performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service combined with thorough product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere.
- Recruit, lead, and inspire your team to achieve success collectively.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success as a sales leader with experience meeting KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within retail environments.
