Overview

Starbucks seeks dynamic Store Managers who embody leadership and a strong sense of purpose to oversee store operations and help grow a thriving multi-million dollar business while fostering human connections within their communities. The role involves driving sales, managing teams, and integrating the store within the local community to create meaningful customer and partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all store operations effectively to achieve financial success through business acumen, problem-solving, and efficiency.
  • Develop and engage teams by nurturing individual talents and fostering team growth to achieve their highest potential.
  • Serve as an inspiring brand ambassador, motivating partners to deliver outstanding results and uphold Starbucks’ values.
  • Collaborate with community members to create positive impact and memorable experiences for customers and partners alike.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in retail or customer service management.
  • Strong organizational abilities paired with interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in sales-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including coaching, mentoring, and fostering professional growth.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada, with appropriate documentation.
  • Availability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range between $61,000 and $80,875 CAD, reflective of experience, skills, and location.
