Overview
Starbucks seeks passionate Store Managers to lead operations at their Cobourg location. Managers are entrusted with independent responsibility for maintaining high standards beyond crafting beverages, uplifting both partners (employees) and customers daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a thriving multi-million dollar store by applying business insight to boost sales and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Develop and mentor your team, nurturing their individual talents and collaborative spirit to achieve personal and collective excellence.
- Serve as an engaging brand ambassador, motivating your team towards achieving impactful results.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in sales-driven settings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach maturely and effectively.
- Minimum education requirement: High School diploma or GED.
- Must possess valid legal documentation proving eligibility for employment in Canada.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours, often exceeding 40 per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
