Role Overview
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our thriving stores in Australia and New Zealand. This position involves overseeing team performance, driving excellent customer experiences, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving business goals in a dynamic retail setting. A base salary of approximately $74,000 is offered, with room for adjustment based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing and accountable team focused on customer satisfaction
- Manage store sales, control wages, track KPIs, and analyze performance metrics to implement effective improvements
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock delivery, and maintain compliance with company policies
- Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and facilitate successful product launches and marketing campaigns
- Provide frontline leadership to deliver outstanding service and create engaging experiences for collectors, fans, and family customers
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in high-volume retail environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and grow teams
- Commercially astute with a history of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets
- Excellent organizational, resilient, and adaptable
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and operational standards
Work Schedule and Availability
- Flexible availability spanning all seven days of the week
- Rosters typically include weekends, late nights, and public holidays
- Structured schedules offer two consecutive days off weekly to promote work-life balance, though flexibility is required during peak seasons (notably November through January) and major product launches
