Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service management roles.
- Demonstrate strong organizational aptitude alongside interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset, preferably with exposure in a sales-driven environment.
- Exhibit leadership capabilities, including coaching and mentoring your team with professionalism.
- Hold a minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Provide legal documentation verifying your identity and eligibility to work in Canada.
- Commit to full-time employment involving over 40 hours weekly, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is approximately $59,400 to $78,450 CAD, adjusted based on local market standards, your individual experience, skills, and internal equity measures. Eligible employees may also participate in performance-based bonus programs and annual bean stock grants.
