Role Overview
Reporting to the district manager, the store manager strategically oversees and promotes a sales-driven culture within the retail environment. The goal is to meet or surpass sales targets, key performance indicators, and profitability by implementing short- and long-term planning and managing expenses effectively. The store manager ensures an exceptional customer experience aligned with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and nurture a respectful and inclusive team environment that celebrates diversity and fosters support and engagement for team members and guests.
- Build productive, supportive relationships with all team members, focusing on their personal and professional development.
- Collaborate with the in-store team to provide optimal customer experiences that respect clients’ time while supporting store operations to achieve goals.
- Support team members by leading by example and coaching to ensure excellent guest experiences, including assessing needs, providing product technical education, and assisting with in-store transactions and omnichannel programs such as online purchase pickup, phone sales, and shipment from store.
- Address emerging issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests.
- Manage the store’s profit and loss in line with targets (sales, budget, etc.).
- Hold responsibility for budget management, scheduling, and achieving the annual sales plan objectives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience managing retail stores.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to foster a customer-focused sales culture.
