Role Summary
We seek a motivated and commercially focused Store Manager to guide the Black Pepper Orewa retail team. This role demands a blend of enthusiasm, customer-centric attitude, and leadership to inspire the team to reach sales goals while ensuring excellent service and a welcoming, fashionable store environment. Duties include leadership, stock management, visual merchandising, and day-to-day store operations. This position involves working Monday to Friday with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to meet sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily store operations for efficiency, safety, and smooth functioning.
- Drive commercial success by fostering a customer-focused environment.
- Oversee inventory levels, replenishment, and store presentation to ensure a well-stocked and attractive store.
- Prepare and oversee monthly staff schedules that align with business needs and budget constraints.
- Implement Black Pepper's brand standards through compelling visual merchandising and product displays.
- Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
