Join Cotton On Group as an Assistant Store Manager at the Stockland Rockhampton Shopping Centre in Queensland, Australia. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your manager to foster a culture of development that motivates the team, encourages high performance, and cultivates future leaders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards while driving store growth through clear guidance and operational excellence.
- Apply commercial insights to identify business opportunities and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience and store performance.
- Assist the Store Manager in effectively managing store schedules and payroll to meet productivity and wage objectives.
- Promote engagement with the Cotton On Group Foundation, motivating the team to contribute to global community projects.
