Store Manager

Position Objective

• Drive achievement of company goals by ensuring retail staff deliver exceptional customer service and possess the necessary skills and support to boost sales performance.
• Enforce adherence to company and brand operating procedures within the store environment.
• Advocate for the Loyalty Program to enhance customer retention and repeat purchase rates.
• Regularly provide reports to the Area Manager and Operations Manager concerning staff performance and product matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a fashionable and professional appearance and keep updated on product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
• Stay informed about latest fashion trends to anticipate and fulfill customer needs efficiently.
• Oversee stockroom management to keep stock loss to a minimum.
• Ensure strict compliance with all operational guidelines and store policies among team members.
• Employ innovative strategies to exceed sales objectives consistently.
• Manage stock levels effectively to support sales maximization.
• Conduct weekly store administration audits and address any discrepancies immediately.
• Administer staff scheduling, leaves, and address any grievances within the retail team.
• Uphold set visual merchandising standards to maintain the store's aesthetic appeal at all times.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program actively to encourage repeat business.
• Supervise store activities and communicate feedback on employees and products to the Area Manager.
• Maintain constant vigilance on store security protocols to prevent any lapses.
• Be knowledgeable about the group's multiple brands to enhance suggestive selling opportunities.
• Take complete accountability for all store operations from start to finish.
• Possess the physical fitness to stand for prolonged periods and handle heavy lifting as required.
