About the Role
Panda Express, a leading American Chinese restaurant group, seeks an experienced leader to manage a single store's operations in Edmonton, Alberta. The Store Manager is responsible for hiring, supervising, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives while providing outstanding guest experiences. To prepare for your success, an 8+ week paid Store Leadership Training program is provided, including mentorship and support from the Panda community.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all activities meet company standards.
- Recruit, train, and direct store associates effectively to achieve targeted goals.
- Maintain financial targets and control operational expenses.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Commitment to leading and developing a dynamic team within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities.
- Capacity to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for company benefits.
