About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the entire operation of a single restaurant location. Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to relocate to stores within a 50-mile radius of your home
- Availability for variable shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
- Serve Safe food safety certification
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, dynamic work setting often involving exposure to hot steam, food vapors, and standing for extended periods. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching across countertops, and working in noisy environments with limited space and shelving at height. Strong verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential.
