Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the overall operation of a single store. Your duties encompass recruiting, supervising, and guiding team members to meet financial targets while guaranteeing excellent service experiences for guests. Your role is crucial in driving the store's success. To prepare you for this responsibility, you will undergo a leadership training program lasting three or more weeks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Readiness to relocate within a 50-mile radius if required
• Availability for a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as determined by business needs
• Food safety certification such as ServSafe

Physical and Work Environment Considerations

Working conditions may involve exposure to heat, steam, and food vapors; standing for extended periods; heavy lifting up to 50 pounds; and operating various kitchen tools and equipment. The environment is fast-paced with high noise levels and limited storage space. Strong verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential.

Salary

The hourly pay ranges from $23.00 to $32.20, varying according to location and experience. Bonuses may be offered but are not guaranteed and may be discontinued at the company's discretion.
