About the Role
Anmasa Consumer Private Limited is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Store Managers based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing all aspects of store operations that cater to walk-in customers and function as fulfillment hubs for online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets for walk-in customers daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Manage sales through online channels and ensure smooth processing and fulfillment of online orders.
- Ensure a superior customer experience both offline and online.
- Lead, train, and supervise the store team effectively.
- Handle routine store operations to maintain smooth functioning.
- Take charge of online order fulfillment including picking, packing, processing, and timely shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory control for both physical and online sales channels.
- Ensure products are adequately stocked, replenished, and attractively displayed.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for timely dispatch of orders.
- Address customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and store-related challenges promptly.
- Maintain high standards in store cleanliness, presentation, and overall brand experience.
- Monitor sales and operation metrics regularly to uncover opportunities for boosting revenue and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail, food and beverage, hospitality, ecommerce, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong aptitude for driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in team management is advantageous.
- Comfortable handling both offline retail environments and online order operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work setting.
- Demonstrates ownership mentality, proactive work ethic, and ability to manage diverse responsibilities.
- A driven individual with a versatile skill set capable of multitasking effectively.
