Store Manager

Overview

Spencer's is hiring a Store Manager responsible for creating and sustaining excellent guest services while managing overall store operations. This position requires oversight of sales performance, profitability, expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory according to company policies. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have prior retail management experience. The role involves significant physical activity, including standing for over 8 hours, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $24.85 and $25.10, based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include company-paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays, bereavement and jury duty pay, monthly sales bonuses, annual shrink bonuses, Champions Club bonuses, contest prizes, comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans, an employee assistance program, a 30% merchandise discount, and college scholarship awards.
