We are seeking a capable Store Manager to oversee and drive success at our Kildare Outlet store. The individual will be accountable for:
- Sales: Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards while effectively leading the team to maximize sales and meet business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the staff through coordination and training, fostering an encouraging environment and nurturing internal talent.
- Operations: Guarantee that all store operations and activities run smoothly according to company policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in retail management roles.
