Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Store Manager to lead a Rebel location, inspiring teams and enhancing customer satisfaction through strong leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team by recruiting, training, and coaching employees to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Drive store performance through sales analysis, inventory management, and implementation of effective sales strategies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times
- Provide attentive customer support by professionally addressing and resolving any concerns to foster loyalty
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and company policies
- Offer support across nearby locations and proactively address operational challenges as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years experience in retail leadership positions such as Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager
- Effective communication, team-building, and organizational capabilities
- Basic proficiency with computer operations and dependable performance in dynamic, high-paced environments
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance is mandatory

The annual salary for this position ranges from $62,354 to $63,000.
