We're currently seeking a motivated and people-oriented Store Manager to lead one of our Anchorage locations with dedication and purpose.
Role Overview
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of store leadership including operations management and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and mentor store employees to deliver exceptional service.
- Drive store performance by analyzing sales data, managing inventory, and applying strategies to enhance results.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting retail space at all times.
- Address customer concerns professionally to foster strong, ongoing relationships.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper cash handling, and company policies.
- Assist other store locations and address challenges proactively as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in retail leadership roles such as Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and organizational capabilities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform reliably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Compensation
The starting annual salary for this position is $65,000.
