Role Overview
The Store Keeper is tasked with overseeing the inventory operations at our Dar es Salaam-based cafe and restaurant. This encompasses receiving and inspecting supplies for quality, maintaining an orderly stockroom, and keeping precise records of all items as they arrive and are issued out.
Key Duties
- Manage receipt of goods and perform quality checks on deliveries.
- Systematically organize the stockroom for efficient access and control.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory inflow and outflow.
- Maintain ideal inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and limit wastage.
