Role Overview

This entry-level retail sales associate role, known as Store Crew, offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle. Key duties include cash management, processing fuel transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and food preparation with an emphasis on food safety. The position is characterized by a supportive team environment and engaging customer interactions. While experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training is provided for success in the position.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage fuel payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment continuously.
• Stock store merchandise and assist with food preparation tasks following health guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction every time.
• Promote and educate customers about the store's rewards loyalty program.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for exceeding customer service expectations on every visit.
• Ability to uphold cleanliness and a safe atmosphere within the store.
• Commitment to proper food handling and presentation procedures, including preparing coffee.
• Proficiency in cash handling and managing fuel transactions.
• Capable of multitasking and performing physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
