Job Overview

The Store Crew role is an entry-level position designed with flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle. Key responsibilities include managing cash and fuel transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing stock, and supporting food preparation and safety where applicable. Although prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Candidates with a positive mindset will be trained comprehensively to excel in this role.

Candidate Profile

• Strong motivation to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment at all times.
• Competence in appropriate food handling and presentation, including preparing customer-favorite coffee.
• Proficiency in cash handling, processing fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards and loyalty programs.
• Adherence to health and food safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask effectively, perform repetitive movements such as bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
