Position Overview

The Crew role at 7-Eleven offers an entry-level chance to join a dynamic store team. Tasks include cash handling, managing fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking shelves, and in certain foodservice positions, preparing food and adhering to food safety standards. While prior experience in cashiering, customer service, or foodservice is advantageous, a positive attitude and the company's training programs prepare new hires for success. Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage transactions including cash and fuel sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present food items following health guidelines, including making coffee.
• Promote and explain the company’s customer rewards loyalty program.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching frequently, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
