Role Overview
The Store Crew position is an entry-level role offering flexible schedules to suit your lifestyle. Tasks include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking. Some roles involve food preparation and maintaining food safety standards. Beyond the duties, you’ll experience teamwork and enjoyable customer interactions. While prior cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Our comprehensive training programs set you up for success.
Responsibilities
- Execute cash handling and fuel transaction processes accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking efforts to keep the store customer-ready.
- Prepare food safely and effectively, including specialty items like coffee.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Adhere strictly to health code and food safety regulations.
- Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds as required.
