Role Summary

As a Store Colleague at JD Sports, your main role is to ensure exceptional customer experiences daily. You’ll engage with customers warmly, assist in product discovery, manage stock levels, and maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment. Supporting the smooth operation of the store with enthusiasm and teamwork is key to upholding our brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with confidence, helping them select products and enhancing their store experience.
• Utilize in-store technology to check inventory and provide detailed product information.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and fully stocked sales floors, ensuring displays align with brand presentation guidelines.
• Support daily store operations, including cash handling, stock replenishment, and adherence to safety and operating procedures.
