Role Summary
As a Store Colleague, you will be instrumental in creating exceptional daily shopping experiences. Your role involves warmly welcoming customers, assisting them in finding products, ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and stocked, and supporting store operations with enthusiasm and teamwork. This position offers a dynamic retail setting to learn new skills and contribute to a thriving team culture.
Key Duties
- Greet customers energetically and provide helpful support in product selection.
- Utilize in-store technology to access stock information and enhance customer interaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidy displays, and replenish stock to uphold brand presentation standards.
- Participate in daily store responsibilities including till operation, restocking, and compliance with safety protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Energetic and positive attitude suited for an active, customer-centric retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging customers and collaborating with team members.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and develop professionally within the store setting.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.
